In on our ongoing effort to address traffic quality concerns, goClick actively screens and monitors traffic in its network. As a result of these efforts, Advertisers are NOT charged for certain clicks sent by goClick which are determined by goClick to not meet its quality standards. Any Advertiser who forwards clicks from goClick or its network to third parties acknowledges that it alone bears the entire risk associated with forwarding this traffic to such third party. goClick is not responsible for any complaints, lack of payment, or other damage suffered by an Advertiser as a result of Advertiser forwarding clicks received from goClick or its network to any third party.
